The Marjanishvili district, on the left bank, is one of Tbilisi’s liveliest quarters — the restored Agmashenebeli Avenue with its cafés, and Fabrika, a former Soviet sewing factory turned hostel, bars and design studios. Marjanishvili station (Line 1) is right in the middle of it.
