The Bridge of Peace is a glass-and-steel pedestrian bridge over the Kura (Mtkvari) River, one of the symbols of modern Tbilisi, linking the Old Town with Rike Park. From the park a cable car rises to Narikala Fortress. The nearest metro is Avlabari (Line 1), a few minutes’ walk down to the riverside park.
